Got this in sale so reasonably priced. Only real complaint is the instructions are terrible. Thank goodness for two 12 year olds who put it together on their own. Once assembled, they attached to hoverboard and away they went. We have stoney gravel outside house and it was great on that surface

Faulty bolt means it keeps falling apart after only 3 months of use. No option to request refund from seller or ask for a replacement. I have a very disappointed 8yr old that saved his pocket money for this and it’s not safe for use.

Kids are happy with this good build and good design.

All pieces arrived, bought as a Christmas gift for my sister, who was excited to put together & use. Assembly instructions are awful & hard to read. One piece came defected so unable to screw the handle making it fault. The straps to wrap around the hoverboard are way too small will need to buy larger longer ones. Overall idea of the item is nice but more work needs to be done when packaging items to ensure they’re sent in a useable condition and instructions you can actually read.
