I have to say that this is one of the best sets I have ever used to translate. It's rechargeable, has a long range and it's very clear to listen to. The one drawback is that it could be a little complicated to set up because the instructions are not the best. However, once you learn how to set it up it is easy to work with.

Product works as described, is easy to use overall, but a crucial piece of the usage of this is of low/moderate acceptance level... the volume.At a conference (where you will be normally using something like this), the volume of the speaker must be overcome with the volume of the headsets so that someone can adequately listen to their own language. At max volume the sound of the 2nd language speaker in the headset is too low. Maybe in a quiet room with no other audio its fine, but that's not the real world use case. Most people were mashing the earpiece into their ear and plugging the other ear to be able to listen decently.I did have more luck by plugging in a bluetooth base station and using over ear noise canceling headphones, but most people do not have access to that at an event or the technical issues are too great over just handing out the normal headsets to the masses.So, good product overall, but would be great product / 5* with a more volume.

Using for translation services in our church. Receivers are small and lightweight. Sound is crystal clear.Time will tell how well they hold up with use.

Purchased the item to use as a port to translate church services. Worked as suggested it would. Follow charging instructions before using. Customer service is phenomenal very quick to respond with any questions and concerns. The business really cares about their customers you don’t see that too often. Definitely will do business with them again 5 STARS all the way.

We are using these in classes at our high school. They are amazing in education. The ADHD students are not distracted from sounds around them and can focus so much better on instructions and lectures. The teacher can speak with a very calm voice and every student can hear. No one misses what the teacher is saying. You can have different groups in the same room on a different channels and the teacher can talk to each group separately by changing their transmitter's channel. It is a game changer in education. Now my goal is to have these available for every class in our school.
