Love it!
Should have knocked wood after sending in my favorable review! The little bird no longer comes out and sings. Have reset several times and replaced batteries. Company is in Germany with a German website so no help there. Any one else have this problem?

Failed at 6 months
Pendulum failed at 6 months. Time and bird continued to work. No repair parts were available for this model. 90 day warranty insufficient. Do not recommend you purchase it or any other product for the company.

The clock itself great but mine came chipped in top left corner of roof. Sent back. Love my other clock nice and soothing to hear bird chirps. The pendulum needs improved. Mine quit on my other clock.

Killed two birds with one stone.
I bought a new clock and i was so excited for it. There is two issues here. When i open the box… One, I noticed it was a used clock and two after installing the batteries it didn't work at all. Im disappointed. No thank you.

Instructions in German, can’t operate!
No instructions, only in German, no idea how to use the click at all!!! Put battery’s in, doesn’t work, probably, because there are no instructions, and no contact info, only in German!

【追記】約3年半使用して電池交換。(単2電池×3本)webの説明書から以下の方法で正しく設定できました。1.すべての電池をはずす2.長針と短針を12:50にセット3.電池をいれる4.時計回りに針を回して正しい時間に合わせるこれまで問題なく利用できているので、今後も大事に使っていきます♪-----------------------------可愛い見た目と鳥の声に癒されてます！鳥と振り子の丸が4色ずつ付いてて気分で組み合わせを変更できます。部屋が暗いとセンサーで鳥も出てこないのでおやすみ中でも安心です。商品ページの詳細説明の中にあるURLから日本語付の説明書が確認できました。

Sehr schöne Uhr und ein sehr guter Kundenservice
Ich habe mir schon lange eine Kuckucksuhr gewünscht und mir jetzt selbst diesen Traum erfüllt. Die Uhr sieht sehr schön und modern aus. Am Anfang war der Zeiger nicht ganz richtig eingestellt, der Kuckuck kam ein paar Minuten nach voller Stunde. Ich habe den Verkäufer angeschrieben und sehr schnell eine Anleitung erhalten um die Zeiger einzustellen, das hat gut funktioniert. Jetzt kommt der Kuckuck pünktlich. Diese Uhr macht meiner ganzen Familie viel Freude.

It is a very nice modern day cuckoo clock. Bird noises do sound very realistic as if the birds are in your house.
