No more supermarket raspberry vinegar for me, now that I know.
I am not big on fruity vinaigrette dressings, really, except certain times. That said, I’ve only ever bought supermarket raspberry vinegar because I just wasn’t into it much. Now, however, I’m into it way more, tasting and knowing the difference, thanks to this. What was I NOT thinking, not exploring better quality? This is wonderful vinegar, and not just for vinaigrettes. Highly recommend.

Good product.
Great resource and service for a product that I hard to find in the supermarket. We still enjoy using raspberry vinegar for various purposes.

A luxurious Raspberry Vinegar that will elevate your recipes!
This is a luxurious Raspberry Vinegar; complex, not overly sweet and absent of that fake raspberry taste you often find in grocery store raspberry vinegars. It has real true fruit flavor and makes delightful vinaigrettes. I very much like it in red cabbage slaw.

Did not taste right, screwed up a Thanksgiving recipe
I bought this so that I could make a very nice Cranberry relish recipe for Thanksgiving. I had not made this recipe for many years and over time the raspberry vinegar that I had used before had vanished from the pantry. I sort of knew I was in trouble, on the side of the bottle of this product it says "Red wine vinegar with raspberry juice". The ingredient label lists the percentage of raspberry juice as 5%. The dish came out very tart, and basically tasted like it had been made with red wine vinegar, which it pretty much was. It was ok, but not the 'out of the ballpark' blend of flavors my wife and I remember. I would not recommend this at all. I have a year to find something decent, the moral to the story is find out the ingredients and the % of actual raspberry juice before buying the product.
