Beautiful, Reliable, Fits a Dreadnought too
The case is solid, fits my Jumbo Harley Benton acoustic perfectly and has room for a pedal, strap and miscellaneous items. The thing is beautifully made. Risked buying this one for a plane trip as Gator had no TSA cases for jumbo acoustics. It survived virtually intact to 2 connecting flights, except for a merely cosmetic nick in the upper (headstock) part. Great case for the price, and I was surprised positively when I figured out my Strinberg dreadnought guitar fits in nicely through the jumbo mold! So if you’re looking for a case that will fit both this might do the trick. Would definitely buy it again!

Perfect fit for my Fender CP-60S Parlor Guitar
I was very pleased when this guitar case arrived and I saw the quality of it. It appears to be well made, and best of all, my Fender CP-60S "Parlor Guitar" fit it perfectly. Yes . . . this case is more "pricey" than a "gig bag", bu I wanted something that would protect the guitar well if I decide to take it back and forth between where we spend summers and where we spend the winters. The top and bottom are well fitted to each other, it has four secure latches along the front and a secure handle for carrying, as well as bumper supports on the outside where necessary for sitting flat on a surface or on its side with the handle and latches up. The inside has a nice plush lining and the form of the case holds the guitar securely and in place. The interior design of the case provides for very good neck support and there is a storage compartment built into the neck support which provides ample room for picks, tuner, spare strings, tuner winder for re=stringing and a small set of jeweler's size side cutters for clipping old strings when putting on new ones and for trimming excess string length. I play, collect and restore antique fiddles, and I believe in having decent cases to protect those instruments. I have no doubt that this Gator Case will last for many years and provide excellent protection for the guitar. Would I purchase a Gator Case again? Yes - without any hesitation! The lightweight of it combined with the interior fit and protective ABS outer shell make it ideal for protecting my guitar.

Fits more than just GS Mini
Great case. It fits Taylor’s GS mini, Kepma’s travel guitar, Sigma’s GS - basically any mini-concert sized guitar. This is currently the best priced hardshell case for these guitars, and is a very solid option for anyone who lugs their guitar around a lot. I highly recommend it.

The parlor case is oversized, buyer beware
I got this parlor case for a parlor resonator guitar, but it was way big for a typical 3/4 sized parlor guitar. It is a good fit for a 00 sized guitar though. I was able to use the case for a nice standard sized 00 guitar I had which was a perfect case for this "parlor" case, but my small parlor reso guitar was way to small for this case. Not sure why gator has not figured this out as I have their parlor sized standard wood/toltex 3/4 sized case and it fit my 3/4 sized Jim Dandy perfect. The issue might be related to the fact that "parlor" is a ambiguous generic term that encompasses about anything from 00 to 3/4 sized guitars, but most people think of a parlor guitar as a 0 or 3/4 sized guitar with max length about 37" length. I have several of these cases in different sizes and they are great cases, lightweight, reasonably strong, and hold humidity well and protect from temperature swings when traveling better than most. The hinges and latches are OK, but I am careful with my cases and always close and latch them when I remove a guitar or put it back inside. The pop rivets that hold the latches and hinges can come loose with time, but it is an easy fix. The hinges could be stronger, they are a trade off of strength versus weight I accept. I prefer these light weight ABS cases over the stronger more burly heavy traditional wood/toltex cases. The TSA version is a step up in quality, but TBH, I would not be using either of these cases to fly without understanding the risk of damage is very real and they are only so strong.

Perfect fit for Yamaha TransAcoustic FS-TA
This Gator Cases Deluxe Molded Guitar Case (GC-APX) is a perfect fit for my son's Yamaha TransAcoustic Concert guitar FS-TA and provides a superior level of protection without adding a lot of weight. This is a hard shell case. The case is made of a textured, molded, ABS, plastic. It features aluminum edges, latches and feet. Inside, there is a plush, black, lining and padding at key areas. There is a built-in box under the neck for picks, capos, slides, pedals, strings, tuners, etc. It comes with two keys for the locking latch. The carry handle feels good in your hand and is well placed for good balance. The workmanship is excellent - no issues at all there. The best level of protection in a guitar case is one where the guitar fits snugly into the case so there is little to no movement possible once the instrument is in the case. Therefore it's hard to buy a case online that you are certain will be an excellent fit for your guitar. I read on another website that this case was hand tested to be a perfect fit for my son's particular guitar. I ordered from Amazon because I know that returns are easy through Amazon in case it didn't fit. Fortunately, the Yamaha FS-TA fits so perfectly, it seems like it was custom made for the guitar. Since my son hauls his guitar around pretty much everywhere he goes, I am pleased to have gotten him such a protective case. He is pleased with how lightweight it is and how well his guitar fits inside.I can't speak to other guitars but if you have a Yamaha FS-TA, this is probably the best case available for it.
