Medical Prescription Elbow Brace PDAC Approved L3760, L3761 Hinged Range of Motion, Shoulder Sling Stabilizer for Post-Op, Surgery Recovery, Ligament and Tendon Repairs and Dislocation

I have tennis elbow and this brace helps immobilize the joint well but allows for an adjustable range of motion if needed. Quite an ingenious design really. One thing I found quite unique is the flexible metal strips where the bands go around your arm actually have velcro on them to allow for the padding underneath to be adjusted and held firmly in place as well. If I were to suggest any changes, is that the two straps, padding, and metal flaps closest to the elbow joint would be wider like the ones at the wrist and the one nearest the armpit. Not a deal breaker for me, but I do occasionally have to adjust the narrow straps as things shift a bit and become uncomfortable. I think adding the wider straps, padding, metal flaps near the elbow would help with immobilization as well. I'm a 5'8" 155 pound woman with big biceps and narrow wrists and I can't tolerate anything that is even the least bit uncomfortable. The brace fits me perfectly and I have no problem wearing it for hours. Very pleasantly surprised with the multi-functionalality and the comfort level. Highly recommend.

Most people go to a medical supply store and have one ordered or get a stock one. I opted for something customizable that I could obtain quickly. This brace impressed both my surgeon and his PA with its adjustability and sturdiness. I had 18" muscular arms and 14" forearms. This fits extremely well, and it is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. No issues sleeping, driving, typing this, using a mouse, or with wrist freedom of movement. It is very light but (so far) durable, and the strap design allows for ZERO flapping or dangling straps. Right now, the middle two straps are around the gauze wrap on my upper and lower incisions, and there is no irritation--if it gets too tight, adjusting is accomplished in seconds. Too loose, the same. I will have no issues wearing this for the next 4 weeks.

Going through surgery is rough enough let alone not receiving the correct post op equipment. I ordered a left arm brace after I had bicep tendon repair. I received a right arm brace, which is completely useless. There was no one to assist from the company. I would never recommend dealing with Brace Direct. Had I needed assistance with fitment, like the picture said, no one would be available until Monday at 8 am. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM BRACE DIRECT.

I’m a PT and bought this to help a patient. Compared to other braces I’ve used it was very easy to adjust the straps and make it fit her arm correctly. Material is soft. I wish the neck strap was a better design; it is too difficult for the wearer to put on and off. Otherwise brace provides good stability to the joint.

I have an ulnar nerve issue that is painful at almost any angle regardless of if I am awake or asleep. Compression with heat helps a lot while stationary, but once I start moving and flexing my arm, the pain then restarts. I've gotten my elbow drained, but I am sure that I am headed for another ulnar relocation surgery.I've looked at a number of braces and this one worked as I wanted and expected. It's bulkier that sleeves but supports my whole arm to the point that I don't feel nearly as much pain as without it. Any limitations are expected, but I'll trade that for less pain any day.My only real slight is that it only came with one set of brace straps. I plan to reach out to the supplier to see how I can remedy that in short order.

My arm hurt more, not less, while trying to wear this brace.Gets 2 stars instead of 1 because the design did seem very solid, and it looked pretty cool.Maybe it works for people with different arm geometries, but not for my arm.

The brace itself looks fine and probably will work well when setup properly. I was having trouble getting it to fit well and lay correctly on my arm. The phone number provided on the instructions led me to an answering machine. I tracked down another number by looking on Amazon. After leaving a message on that machine I got a text message telling me their “output voice” on their phone was working and they resent the same instructions I already had.I was willing to pay more for this brace since it looked like something that would work well and they promised the support. Unfortunately I returned the item and bought something similar for less money.

Comfortable considering why you're wearing it. Good quality. Supportive. I didn't use the sling strap since it caused shoulder pain. Fit well and was easy to use.
