Great effective salad spinner
I love this thing. The string was too long when it came, but it is easy to trim it to a comfortable length and really get a high speed spin. It has an attractive bowl and fits in my refrigerator to store the lettuce even when the lid is on. Only the bowl cracked!! I searched for years to replace my previous pull string spinner, and finally found this one. I had my old Good Cook one for almost 20 years.So I am springing for another one anyway -- this one is hard to find and I think it is going out of production.
