I have been looking for a phone holder for my car and this is just perfect. Very helpful to keep the phone in front almost eye level and it’s very sturdy. Thankful for finding it

Easy install. Holds the phone well but my goodness it rattles horribly without the phone.

When I first applied this in my wife's GLE 350 I was pleasantly surprised at the design and how it attached over the vent cover and how it was economically positioned for the driver's position. However, my wife tends to be a little jerky when she likes to take the phone out of the holster and when moving it while it's in position, the small legs or hooks on the backside basically cracked on the top end which holds most of the weight and the piece was rendered useless. After that I tried double-sided tape that would hold for a very short windows of time Maybe a week or a few days and then it would fall off. Finally, I basically went to Walmart and picked up a small tube of clear silicone I placed it on the vent with the double-sided tape, but then I sparingly went around the perimeter over the top and along some of the side With the silicone and once that dried, I was able to use it again. I would recommend that the manufacturer finds a more durable plastic that will hold up to the movement and stresses required for this to have some sort of longevity. Otherwise, if you are OCD like me and careful with anything you utilize or handle this should not really give you any kind of problem. I really like it's design and adjustability only downside what I mentioned above.
