The best prebiotic for me. If I have run out and had to go a couple of days without them I notice my body responding differently to food. My stomach isn't as settled without them.

I bought these a while ago and they really got me into the benefits of probiotics and I’ve tried other brands since and these are still my favourite so will be sticking with them from now on!!

The Intelligent Labs Women's Live Cultures and Fibre arrive in a plastic container which is not recyclable from home in many parts of the UK (PP-5). Also printed on the bottom is the expiry date which is good - -01-11-2025.On the plastic container is a label with a great deal of printed information:The product is manufactured using good manufacturing practice - which ensures the quality of the product.The nutritional information provides the details of the bacterial cultures added, the prebiotics and other ingredients - all are clear in the advert.If the capsules used are delayed-release (as they state) and this ensures that the bacteria are encapsulated when it passes through the high acid and high alkaline environments in the gut - then you may get some friendly bacteria in your colon. The problem then becomes that the cranberry by-products especially mannose are mainly absorbed in the upper small intestine (a highly alkaline region). So then theoretically the cranberry extracts will be in the capsule and taken to an area of the gut where they will be poorly absorbed.Perhaps intelligent labs could respond to why they state that they use a delayed-release capsule containing acid/alkaline-resistant bacteria and tell us where the release occurs. If they contact me through Amazon which they can do - I will update this part of the review.The fibre and prebiotics are fine where ever they are released.I am also struggling to understand why this is a women’s product. All the prebiotics, probiotics and other ingredients seem fine for either sex.The price point is on the high side.Overall an interesting mix of products. The cranberry by-products may benefit the urinary tract and the pre and probiotics may benefit the microbiome. As this is GMP-manufactured I would be happy to try it and so would my wife - but it would be good to know where in the gut the release occurs.

They also contain a combination of live cultures and fibre.➕️ It's said that people should take a supplement religiously for 2-3 months before they can see the full visible results so I haven't been taking them for that long yet. However, there have been a few little changes I have noticed since starting them. I have had more regular bowel movements for certain which has always been an issue, this coincided with constantly feeling like I need to empty my bladder, this too has noticeably changed. In the last two days, I haven't felt at all that awful feeling that I need to run and everything has felt quite normal. I'm sure the cranberry has probably helped with this!🌟 Overall, I find this supplement to be really interesting. The ingredients certainly speak for themselves, however I'm pleased that I've started to notice small changes since starting them which I hope become regular and permanent changes as time goes on!
