Works awesome. I couldn’t hardly walk up my stairs. I use the kinesiology tape and it was like I had nothing wrong.

You don't need waterproof unless if you are swimming. You need to know how to apply it and it depends what joint or muscle you're using it for

My physical therapist warned me to buy only Rock Tape brand because she said others don't stick as well as the name brand. This was a great bargain. The only issue I'm having is getting the edges to stick even after trimming them like the therapist told me to. When she uses her rock tape at the Dr's office I don't seem to have that issue I don't think I'm putting it on wrong so i'm not sure why this is happening but overall very pleased with the product. I like the black color. Thanks.

Not recommended.
The adhesive did not work once I began to perspire. I will not be purchasing this brand of kinesiology tape again.
