Being athlete and physio I planned to loose few kgs in lieu I ordered this overemphasised tea ..Surprisingly I uplifted my resting Heart rate to 90+ along during my runs and workouts I started to feel tired …along my goodnight sleep got disturbed since it uplifted my nervous system..To me it’s no ..Along my elder sister and my patients who so ever tried it had disturbed sleep due to high caffeine..waste of money..Simple ginger tulsi tea would leave is sufficient to loose weight and feel energized rather than this costly tea.
