Highly Recommended for baking! Amazing Quality
The media could not be loaded. I am a baker and have been using this product for over 5 years now. The quality is amazing and the maida has blue patent rising technology which helps me in baking perfect delicacies.

I like the elasticity of maida and ahaar maida seems to have a good gluten content which gives it that nice stretchy characteristic. Others are not far off, but i feel this one has a more chewy texture with probably higher protein content and hence better gluten development.I often have naans and prefer this maida for making it.

This is maida bro. They were not kidding about the protein content because I have huge muscles now and also thick wavy hair. I’m all about that maida life. It’s not a hobby it’s a lifestyle

Never recommend to buy this product.
I ordered 2 packages of Maida and expiry of the product is 4 months from the date of packing but 1 of the package doesn't mention packing date nor MRP. How can I confirm that this product is not outdated.
