Maven & Bloom Pure A2 Cow Milk Powder Whole Milk Full Cream 1 KG

I am on a Keto diet and have become very sensitive to some foods like peanuts, unblanched almonds, A1 milk and also A2 milk if it is not organic. So when I found this product on Amazon, I was very happy. I ordered 500g of this product for starters and received it on 25th May, 2020). And these are my impressions:1. The net weight that I received is slightly under 400g. When I raised a complaint on Amazon they referred to the fine print and the Amazon listing now says 400g+100g shipping weight. God knows what that means.2. The taste of the coffee and tea is really nice. An other user said that the milk powder was sweet but the pack that I got had the natural sweetness of milk and did not feel like there was added sugar. Trust me, being on a Keto diet has made me very sensitive to sugar and I can even taste the sweetness in water and whiskey :)3. I have had this milk with coffee and tea on six occasions till now. I experienced bloating and thought the milk might be the culprit but as it turned out, it was not the milk. By process of elimination, I realised that it was the way we were making the paneer at home.4. This milk powder (it seems to be genuine and just what the seller claims it to be) is a great option for people with sensitivities to common milk. I would definitely buy it regularly as I had delivery issues with brands like Pride of Cows and Provilac.5. Please note that it is a bit difficult to mix this milk and it tends to get clumped. I tried the old hot water back and forth method, the quickly mix it in method and even a whisk but every time, it had clumps. But today I discovered a way to make it without any clumps. Put it in a jar with a lid, add hot water and shake it. No clumps at all but I could barely hold the hot jar. So be careful. You can always put a cloth around the jar or whatever.

For the price they charge for this milk powder, and the written up Hype, this Milk Powder is DEFINITELY adulterated with some form of starch, which has been added to camouflage the missing Fat content, which it claims to have. When we make coffee with it, and the coffee is allowed to stand for about 30 minutes, a thick substance settled at the bottom of the cup. This has never happened, in my 45 years experience of using Milk Powder. Not at all worth the price they're charging.

I give 5 stars to the quality of this product. The milk and yoghurt from this was excellent.I had ordered this product earlier and loved it. The second time round though the package came damaged, the powder leaking from it hence the 4 stars. Amazon was quick enough to refund the amount but I feel bad that I had to give this product a 4 star due the condition of the packaging when it actually deserves a 5 star for quality.

I liked quality of milk powder and used it to make Rasmalai at home..Very happy with the product..

this milk powder doesn't have Golden colour and cream. Before trying this milk powder Iam using goseva milk powder and both tastes different goseva one have golden texture to its powder and it was creamy also.

The flavor of the product is very good but it should have been a little cheaper.

It was my first order and I am completely satisfied.. I think I will stick to it now.There are 2 things I wanna tell1- u need less powder than usual , and the milk formed is creamier than others2- u might find difficulty in mixing , It form clumps and is difficult to mix with normal stirring ...So how did I mix?I added powder while boiling water , stirred it and the milk was ready 😊😊...
