The product has snapped, only had a few. months. How can this be replaced??

Mixed review based on buying a couple
Great for my kids bikes that have a smaller frame so need a side access cage.Mixed opinion though, as I bought one for my daughter which has been great, and used extensively to good effect.On this basis I bought another for my son when he got his new bike and it has snapped on its first outing. His frame has a slightly different geometry so it really is side access. As such not sure if it's suitability or application that is at fault here, but either way if side access to your bottle is absolutely required, it may be better getting something a little more robust. If your access is a little more clear and it's more "diagonal access" then it's a great solution.
