Although the "instructions" that come with it are extremely vague, I found a YouTube video and learned how to remove the old screen and cable, along with attaching the new screen. Works fantastic, clear and clean and came with a protective screen cover as well. Best value for the money!

The screen replacement we brought to replace the screen on the phone cracked within less than a week after it was installed. I went back onto Amazon to find another one that hopefully was a lot stronger. I ended up buying this LCD screen replacement for my Samsung Star and so far it looks solid. It comes with a kit that included some adhesive tape. The tape is a bit tricky to applied as it is very small, but you can do if you have small hands. You could also skip the adhesive tape and opt for some gorilla glue if that is easier for you to apply onto the phone. It also came with a "screen" protector but once I applied on it you can see it had a lot of air bubbles that would not be removed. After a few attempt to remove the air bubble on the screen, the protector actually broke. I ended up just throwing that part away and brought an otter case holder that protect my LCD screen without the plastic screen protector. A month into it and so far the LCD replacement screen is not cracked (thanks to my otter box case) and it is working like a new phone. Cost me only $25 and an hour of my time to figure out how to remove the old crack screen and replace it with the new screen. Much more cost effective than shelling out a few 100's for a new phone.
