FInally freedom to change position
My wrist has never been the same since i injured it last year so minimizing wrist movement was the primary motivation for abandoning regular mice, and now I think this should become the standard!Let's face it: all that millimetrically calculated ergonomic funiture and stuff will only work if a) you are some ideal "average" human being; b) you can stay locked into one position for hours and c) everyone in your home and your office is your identical clone. But this simple touchpad made a lot of difference! Being so small and easy to move around, it allows more flexibility and freedom to change arm position; and everyone who comes to the work station can quickly place it wherever it suits them best.I did buy some extra velcro strips but so far they were not necessary, the one included is easy to move around and doesn't leave a mess, and depending on the surface it's not even required.

Can't click on anything
left click and right click do not work, so this is useless. I can move cursor around. And I can sometimes scroll if I use 2 fingers, even though it's supposed to work with one finger on the side. I've used the larger usb models and they work great. This one did not work at all and their support was not helpful.

neh….
small but too small

Remarkably ergonomic
If you are tight for space in a project, this tiny touch pad is perfect. My use is for use with the Raspberry Pi CM400 keyboard computer. This is tiny enough to squeeze onto the keyboard area thus I don't need to have a mouse. The left/right click and scrolling features work well. My only complaint is you'll need a PS/2 to USB adapter for pretty much any modern computer.

I really wanted this to work, but ...
... even after buying an adapter-converter, it still didn't function. Sadness.

Works very well if you require a tiny touchpad.
I used this in a cyberdeck build. It is very accurate and suited my needs for a very small but usable touchpad. Scrolling takes a bit of getting used to. I had to include a ps/2 to usb adapter which took a bit of space.

Great customizability
Great product, works great, just what I needed. This is my use case:- I have a keyboard that I really like but it doesn't have a touchpad- I wanted to have a touchpad like on a laptop, where I could use it with my thumb and for scrolling, without moving my right hand off my typing position- All other standalone touchpads are designed to replace mice, not augment them, so they're too big- This touchpad fits very nice right under my spacebarResolution and responsivity isn't ultra-top of the line but is definitely high-tier.I recommend you just get the "USB version", rather than getting the "PS2 version". The "USB version" comes with the correct PS2 adapter - there are active and passive PS2 adapters and you need the active type and you might as well get the one from this vendor.
