Purchased this one because of price over OEM and have installed 2 within a month comes up to temp quickly then opens and can't get back to operating temperature. The first one was so bad it triggered CEL for temperature below threshold. Contacted company through Amazon and they gave excuse after excuse and finally said it opens at correct temperature. They obviously have no clue. Buy and OEM one! ( GM ecotech 2.2L, 2.4L)

Did not open up.
Was very disappointed in this product. Thermostat did NOT open, car ran hot. Replaced with another brand and that one worked. Refund came quick, not so for the labor involved.
