Gate latch mechanism inferior, defective
Customer service is absent. Pushback is their response. Can’t answer questions about their merchandise. Do not listen to Issue being asked about. Don’t trust them. Low quality customer service. If you buy it then it’s yours and forget any help with installations. This company is BS.

Mid evil look
I like the look of the metal, looks almost hammered, like hand made. Really looks nice on a wooden gate. Latch assembly is thick, tough and actuates well. I would recommend.
