This review was written on my cellphone while it was in this case.The last reviewer wrote that the case does not fit the 5c. I have an iPhone 5s and rest assured, this case DOES FIT the iPhone 5 models.I took a gamble and bought this case because I wanted a waterproof case for canoeing, kyacking, going to the beach, a day in a boat on a river, and so my kids wouldn't get my phone wet when we go to the pool.At first, I really thought I would hate the case. I put the phone in the case while talking to someone on speaker and I kid you not, They laughed and asked me what I was doing because it sounded like the phone was inside a balloon. The material that protects the screen from water is made of a rubbery material. At first you can't use the slide options on your phone and you feel like your going to break the screen protector just using the slide options.I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU WASH THE RUBBER SCREEN BEFORE USING THIS CASE. At first, every piece of lint or hair clung to the screen cover but now that I washed it, it's a more smooth, easy to work with surface.You can't turn the phone off while in this case but that's easy fixed by using your iPhone settings to dim the screen after so many minutes.I love that this case allows you to put the phone in both ways so you can choose how to hold it and not worry about putting it in wrong.I ran this case through a ton of tests. Filled the sink with water, filled the case with cardboard to make sure it was honestly waterproof, then I shook it around underwater and left it submerged over night with something heavy on it weighing it down to the bottom of the sink. It passed all the tests with flying colors!I found a waterproof case that fits all my needs and I recommend it.I attached 3 photos of the case, one is a photo of the phone in its case submerged in water. I really struggled getting the iPhone to recognize I was trying to take the photo underwater but I was able to and I don't think this case is really ment for underwater photos. Is absolutely poor quality. Think first. Charges 1/2 cost to return. Into the trash it goes with an overall $ loss.
