It seems to be doing it's job. In fact mine and my daughters allergies have cleared up faster than normal with this product. Serving size is so little it means it lasts a long time as well.

So I just received this yesterday and took it before bed with my normal magnesium (which helps my sleep)... I woke up this morning and my mood is better/back to normal (in addition to some good sleep!). This is only one use (and note, I slept on my side which I know causes me to get up to use the bathroom at night (so sleep on your back to improve sleep/reduce night frequency of urination) but even though I got up once to use the bathroom, I felt great. I would give 5 stars but I only used this once... I will upgrade to 5 if after a month I see a consistent change. I took this with a little half and half mixed in (I eat keto), so I didn't taste anything.

Hard to say for certain, I've been using this as a prophylactic to help boost immunity. Who knows if it really works, but it certainly hasn't hurt any.

We've been putting zinc in our coffee for a long time. Tried this brand lately....ugh. Don't do it. It's horrible tasting

This really tastes terrible. I’ve tried a lot of liquid zinc brands and I probably will just throw this away I find the taste so bad
