My Weber 670 grill, these rusted out. How odd for stainless. These new ones seem much heavier and hopefully made from actual stainless.This took about 5 minutes to install. You need a medium straight blade screw driver or small crescent wrench. Put on some disposable gloves. Take out the grates and flavor bars. Remove two screws. Remove front flange. Put in new one. Replace screws. Reload flavor bars and grates. My rear flange looks perfect so I didn't Replace.

Bought for a Summit S-620, fit perfectly. It didn't use the exact mounting holes as the original part but it matched up to the second set of holes perfectly. Would buy again, hopefully in another 17 years as the Grill is still going strong.
