So first of all, these are very sturdy seats and appear to be well made. They were pretty easy to put together but a few of the screws were a bit hard to get in, more than possible for anyone to to though.I am however disappointed with the quality of the 'wood'. I had read another reviewer that said they were made of a plastic type of material and not wood as stated in the description. I didn't mind this as they are going to be outside a lot of the time so was concerned about how the wood would weather.My issue with the 'wood' is what I would describe as tool marks as pictured. Every stool has at least one on with one of the stools having four! I am disappointed with this and the general finish of these for the price paid. One of them is also very rough as though it is covered in spatter.

Love the chairs, look great in our garden pub and very comfortable, only 4 stars as there were a few dents on one leg on one of the stools

Arrived on time. Only the back to assemble, and was very easy to do so.Very sturdy. Great quality.Only down fall is the size of the seat.
