These binoculars are good value and they are not so heavy as some, good optics.

Good for the price, fairly light weight, I use these on a tripod. I have had to collimate them, process is fairly simple and similar to skymasters. One of the eyecups is also bit loose. The rubber eyecups themselves are fine and can be folded half way or fully.Overall sharpness is good across the image with fall off on the outer part. Managed to split the trapezium into 3 and I can get two of orion's belt into the field of view. I chose these over the sky masters because of some positive reviews I had read and that opticron are a decent firm.Recommended if used on a tripod and can get at a good price. Even though these are relatively cheap they are very enjoyable on the night sky. The pictures are bit blurry and edited, I'd say the image through the binoculars is pleasing at this price point and I'd recommend these if on a budget.
