Lovely
I have several different kinds of sun flowers and added this one to the mix. I have a mammoth and Mongolian sun flowers. They are so beautiful to look at. I have so much seeds for my friends and loads for myself for next years crop! Not to mention my bees love them! It attracts the honey bees from my apiary to my urban garden which I love! Extremely sturdy and they germinate very fast!

No germination
Well first off, you only get 20 seeds for seven dollars which I thought was bad now I’ve been soaking them for over two weeks and only one has germinated out of the 20. The quality of this company sucks do not buy. it has been three weeks now and only one seed has germinated. This is so sad I would really like to have my money back from this company because they are ripping people off. Went to a local hardware store bought a pack of sunflower seeds, three days later over 90% of them have germinated.

I would buy the seeds again. I enjoyed all of it had a lot of compliments from my neighbors and people who are passing just to see them in my yard thank you. I will buy them again.

Misleading photo! The Skyscraper variety only has ONE flower per plant.
One of the photos in this listing shows huge bushy plants with multiple flowers at every height. This variety DOESN"T grow this way. Each plant will grow a single tall stalk with a single giant flower head. Also, I planted 20 seeds but only one germinated. I don't know for certain that there wasn't some other problem, maybe birds eating the seedlings, but I didn't see any evidence of this, just nothing grew. The one successful plant grew 11 feet tall and very straight and thick with huge leaves a large beautiful flower.

Tall… too tall?
These are awesome. Beware- the heads drop/droop before maturity due to the weight/head size

Easy and fun to grow!
These are very easy to germinate. Take a bowl -soak a paper towel and place the seeds under 1 layer and pour 1/4 C. water on them in a bowl over night. Leave in window sill for warmth. This will speed the germination. Make sure seeds never dry out and check on daily for 3 days. Mine sprouted by 3rd day and I started mine in small pot no deeper than 1/2 inch deep in loose soil. Put them in the ground when about 2 inches high. They start out growing slow until a foot high and then take off like a weed! Mine is 7 ft tall so far in just 6 1/2 weeks. They are growing average of 1 ft per week but would probably grow faster if it weren’t for the all the rain.I recommend this easy growing Sunflower. Mine hadn’t bloomed as of yet. ❤️🌻

Terrible seeds
I bought these, planted them as directed, NOT ONE germinated. I live in Iowa...lol....you can drop a seed of any kind here,in practically any soil and it will grow, not these. I would not recommend buying these, I gave them an opportunity even after reading all negative reviews but trust me, keep browsing.
