I have purchased this product several times without issues. It usually arrives with the product in a inner sealed box containing the three cans. This box is then placed in the outter shipping box. That did not happen with this order. Three cans were placed loose in the shipping box and arrived with all three cans dented to varying degrees. Disappointing since it's not returnable. I purchased this as a pantry item due to the Long shelf life. I wouldn't trust the dented cans to provide that expected shelf life. So it becomes a short term product and in that light it's not the same value.

Very creamy…. May not taste like what you expect if your favorite hummus is Sabra…which is loaded with soybean oil. This has no oils is Not as peanut buttery or salty as most major American brands, and has more of a Tahini flavor blended in. Slight lemon flavor from citric acid. Very simple all natural ingredients and made in Jordan… which is homebase for hummus.

I tried many different brands of hummus and can say this is a best one. You can add little bit of lemon and pinch of garlic and it will be even better. In general brand Ziad has always good quality of Mediterranean food.

This humus has a hint of cream cheese taste. A little drizzle of olive oil on a dollop and great with crackers.

As a lover of all things humus, I'm referring to humus that actually tastes delicious, or, at least, good. This brand tasted disgusting. I can only imagine how all the good "reviews" were generated. Do yourself a favor, avoid this, or, as we did, simply throw it out with a lesson learned to avoid this brand in the future.

You do need to ad garlic and tahini
