MagLiteS6d016 6-d Cell Heavy-Duty Flashlight - Black (102-253)

This flashlight is perfect for me! I’m in my late 60’s and as I walk my two small dogs at night, this flashlight not only provides great illumination of the surroundings, but also doubles as protection against any predators ( such as bobcats, coyotes, etc.) that may be out and about at that time. It is equivalent to a heavy duty night stick and I am very happy I purchased it! Highly recommend!!!

A good flashlight to keep in your car

Mostly purchased for its ability to act as a self defense club. It seems like it will do that quite well. One minor issue was that the rubber piece that covers the on/off button was missing. Luckily i found it floating around in the plastic container and was able to push it back into place. Concerned that it will fall out eventually. Otherwise would have given five stars.

Bulb never worked to begin with, switch cover fell off on first button press.After bulb replacement & 6 new batteries, light is about as bright as a firefly at 500 yards.You’re better off with a butane lighter.

I bought a couple of mods for it which is a main draw! Batteries are not cheap but the weight is worth it. A big drop may dislodge the bulb but still perfect.

My sixth mag light and this one is excellent. it's heavy, but battery life is good and its solid metal.

My son wanted a heavy flashlight to carry in stead of a knife at night when he walks his dog. He lives in a sketchy neighborhood. This heavy duty flashlight could easily double as a club.
