I'm B12 anemic, GP's are slow and after my course of injections I took one a day for foor weeks, they are very strong, I have blood tests every 8 weeks, my levels were very high after using this in-between injections.....just be mindful that they did raise my levels rapidly,good for a three day boost, as value for money is cheap, and easy to swallow small size with no nasty aftertaste, just don't use without blood test to check levels for your own safety.......they can rise rapidly use with medical support.

I’ve just started using these vitamins and I think I can already feel a difference in my feet 🦶I’ll explain a bit here. I have back pain and have difficulty mobility wise. My legs feet hands all numb.Then I came across these super vitamins and others that I’m going to use.It’s fascinating to find out what alternatives treatments are out there I have a change already because I can feel something in the soles of my feet when I touch them as I’m using massage 💆‍♀️ myself and I’ll update later when I’ve used more tablets

Wanted Thiamine pyrophosphate as this is the preferred and easiest type to be absorbed into the body. In description it says Thiamine pyrophosphate.. on back of pack says hydrochloride. Be aware! Am returning
