Benchmark 52001 Condiment Station with Pump, 27" Width x 15" Height x 8" Depth

I inboxed the unit and experienced the same issue as another reviewer: the spot weld did not hold. In fact it appears that one side of the pump had not been attached at all. This resulted in the side pump completely detaching when I picked the unit up.The materials seem to be high quality, but the spot welds are weak. I have a friend tig welding the sides on to make the unit stable because I need the unit. For $200.00 bucks I shouldn’t have had to repair it right out of the box.

The unit is good looking, but appears to be poorly designed as I had to send the first one back because the spot welds on the right hand well had become seperated. The second one that I purchased to replace the first was also broken in the same manner. Amazon was not interested in replacing again, so I had to utilize double sided to repair. I was not happy with this fix, but I needed a unit.

Box was caved in, took it out and the very cheap tack welds on it were broke off so I got it in 3 pieces. Going to take it to a friend that welds, hopefully he can weld stainless. So performance of this product is unknown until I put it back together. Over priced thus far.

Sent it back because the welds are paper thin and must have broken during transit. Design is nice but it doesn’t stay together. Stay away until they learn how to weld correctly

Great quality condiment station. Comes with everything you need to begin using straight from the box.Great customer service as well. One side of compartment welding broke and was replaced with friendly assistance to replace it.

used for football concession stand. works great
