Best vitamins I have tried for teen girl.

Im 17 and I started to take this supplements last month tomorrow I will have my last pills but I love them they give me energy, I feel better after taking the vitamins I will but then again, I wanted vitamins for my age and that would have many benefits and many vitamins since I don’t like taking different pills, they don’t have a bad taste at all and I can swallow them easily. Great product and amazing results. I take them after a meal everyday and I really recommend them.

I really like the ingredients in this, but my teenage daughter says they taste awful even though they are "Unflavored". She tolerates it, but some feedback for the manufacturers to consider.

We have been buying this His Vitamins for my teenager boy who is 14 years old, he has been taking this for a year now. He sure is sleeping well and his mood has changed, he is also energetic. He is picky when it comes to vegetables and thank goodness I found this vitamins. It is in a pill form which is really good and no sugar added. Easy to swallow also. We love this vitamins. The only think though is a bit pricey, I wish they will lower the price. But it’s very worth it.

I was looking for a robust vitamin for my 2 highschool boys who hit the gym at 5am, then attend school and then sports till 7pm.This vitamin does the trick! My boys dont really have dips.in energy. There was a week where we ran out and the boys by day 3 were exhausted! They thought they were sick and couldnt keep up. When we realized they hadnt been taking them, we ordered more and within 2 days of them taking them their energy was back up.I have noticed that if i have them split the dose. So 1 in the morning and 1 at night they get way more out of it.
