Was as described, installed easily, and it doesn't leak.
Works, does have weight from being metal so it should last a long time. Easy to use and install. Very powerful spray at wide open for cleaning, also gently for cleaning. Got it for my mom and she likes it and the size making it better than the squeeze handle ones

A Very Nice Sprayer!
Nice bidet sprayer! I wanted one that wasn't a gun-shaped nozzle because I thought the spray angle would be weird. This one is perfect. There's plenty of water pressure - if you want it - but I keep it to a gentle spray. The Thumb slider button on the wand is easy to use and lets you control the water flow. Adjust the lever on the valve (attached to toilet tank) to get more pressure when the wand button is turned fully on. The metal wand and metal hose have some weight to it - especially the wand (don't drop it on your tile floor). Feels like good quality. The toilet side hook is metal, but the wand holder/holster is plastic. The hook for the side of the toilet tank is easy to bend at whatever angle you need so your tank lid fits securely (2nd photo - I had to bend it slightly). You will be much cleaner and use a lot less toilet paper. Installs in about 10 -15 minutes (if you have no plumbing skills), 5 - 10 mins if you are a pro. Recommended.

You will need plumbers tape!
Purchased during the great TP war of 2020.Pros:Pretty simple to install. (In theory.) I, a complete plumbing newbie, managed to do it. There are a bunch of YouTube tutorials on how to install this type of hand sprayer, and I recommend them over the written instructions, which are somewhat confusing. For example, it doesn't clarify that the three rubber seals in the baggy are extras, and you don't need to put them on if the hose and T adaptor still have the seals they came with. It also doesn't list the diameter of the fittings anywhere. The kit does fit my American standard-sized toilet fittings, but I was in doubt and trying to check when it wouldn't stop leaking when I tried to install it sans plumbers tape. You absolutely, absolutely, absolutely will need to get some plumbers tape, which is not included. It will leak and spray everywhere without it. I learned this the hard and frustrating way. The tape costs about 60 cents a roll, is available most places with plumbing things, and is easy to use. You'll need to wrap the tape CLOCKWISE around each set of threads about 3-4 times (again, there are YouTube videos on how to do this). After, you can screw the pieces together as instructed. I did find my hands were too weak to "hand tighten" sufficiently, and a 10" crescent wrench was needed to finish the job (but do no over tighten! You could snap the fixture off the toilet, which would be bad). If you have your tape and your tools ready, and you watched your videos, install should take less than twenty minutes, rather than the multiple hours it took me, because I didn't have the tape and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't stop leaking, and had to undo it so people could use the bathroom while I waited to go to the store. With the tape and the wrench, it was golden. The construction is a nice, solid chrome. No plastic. The hose is long enough to maneuver and then some. And the hook holder easily hangs off the toilet paper holder, so it's handy and you don't have to drill holes in the wall. The longer design makes it easy to reach between you and the toilet. I imagine chubby people will find it easier to use than the kitchen sprayer looking kind, bit that's a guess.Middleish:The water will be cold. You have been warned. It's the trade-off of the simple installation. You will still need some toilet paper or a towel to pat dry and etc.The on-off slide for the sprayer is nice, because you can adjust the pressure. But, anything over 1/6th of the way and you are in pressure washer territory, which some may like, others not.The slide stays in place until moved. It does not spring back to shut once you let go. On one hand, that's nice, since you don't have to hold it open and it is less likely to break or leak, on the other, if you drop the thing, it will spray everywhere like a firehouse in a children's movie until you manage to grab it again and flip it off.The item is not shipped from Amazon. This is good, because it means I got it in two day, during a time when Amazon was giving month+ long shipping dates, bad because it's going to run you $15-18 for shipping and you can't opt out of it.Other Americans using your bathroom will think it's weird and kind of gross, rather than kind of cool like a washlet, and possibly make a mess if they try to play with it out of curiosity. The bad:There is thread gap between the bottom of the fixture and the hose, which does not go away no matter how tightly you screw the two together. If you look at the promo pictures, the gap is present there as well, so I think it is a design flaw. It's such a nice looking fixture otherwise that this just seems a shame. For ladies, specifically: the lack of an auto shut off means you have to remember to shut it off when moving from one end to the other, or you'll spray water everywhere. The pressure is also very strong, so barely ease it on when using it in the front. If you turn the pressure too high when using in the front, you will get spray back all over your clothes, leaving you with soppy panys until you get the hang of it (this doesn't happen in the back because you butt is in the way, plus your pants aren't behind you).

So Far So Good!
Works as advertised, seems like a quality product that'll last for awhile. In my case adding the control valve made the distance too short for my existing supply hose so had to get a new longer one that I could bend into shape, a big $7. Otherwise a very easy install including mounting the holder to the wall. As others have mentioned the water pressure can be very high so you'll need to experiment with both controls. The cold water is a shock at first but you get used to it. No leaks at all.

Excellent! 2nd order
This one costs more than many of the sprayers out there, but it is well worth it. It has a long, narrow spray head that is much superior to the pistol grip ones that so many have (for obvious reasons!), and a control button that is, in my opinion, perfect for what this is designed for!It came with everything I needed to install it, and I had it installed in less than 15 minutes.I plan to buy another one for another bathroom soon.UPDATE: This is a second purchase - still very happy I bought this one!

Excellent construction
This replaced another less expensive, light weight plastic one which was alright. But it was getting old and I was afraid of it aging out during the day, with no one home and flooding my bathroom. As I was shopping for replacement, this time with experience, I began to think of other detriments of my earlier purchase. Aside from it being plastic, it was just a little too short, the spray head a little too small. This one is made of high quality machined brass and comes with a long and Xtra long spray attachment. The spray head is about twice the size of the plastic model it replaces. I like the spray control on both models; it’s a slide type, not a push button type. And the very long, extended nozzle attachment is tucked away for later. Only detriment that I can see is its weight, which may be a challenge for someone with arthritic hands. If you were to drop it on tile or enamel, I bet it would chip the floor, but leave the wand intact.

Does the job but could be better
No issue of installing and no leaking if you do it well, even after more than a year. Two things could be better:1) distinguishing which of the two sides of the head the water will come out from requires looking precisely as the holes are very small and the design is otherwise almost symmetrical... I have messed up once or twice2) the little control to switch on or off is a bit weird and hard to modulate to make the stream the strength you want especially if you have a lot of pressure in your pipesAltogether though, no civilized toilet should go without this. Not only can it be used for the human, but it's also a great help in maintaining the toilet clean - a quick rinse and all good
