Detailed review below with several months use already
The "auto" function on the drivers side window doesn't work, it's a normal button like the rest. The icon is there but that's it, they're playing tricks on us. I tested it with my original and the auto feature worked so, it's definitely this unit. The backlights on the unit do not dim or turn off like the other doors do when you dim the dashboard lights. The unit was easy to install (less than 2 minutes) and feels as if it will break easy if you're rough with it.So far, it's been working as intended and hasn't broke, we've been careful not to pull too hard when opening a window on the switch, that's where it feels like it will break if and when. This was priced about 1/3 of the OEM unit so I tried it out and it's OK.
