It fit my 2013 X5 xdrive50i perfectly. Also came with new plug and bolts.

If you do not have a pump to flush out the lines and intercooler & whatever torque converter arrangement the transmission has then you will not be able to change all 7 quarts. You will get the 4qts in the pan and transmission body but as expensive as these qts are you should know the backyard truth. Pan is excellent and fitment is perfect as it is OEM from ZF. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER. I had to fight with them for 3 weeks when they only originally sent the fluid and not the pan. Even pictures were not originally enough to get them to send the pan. I even had to prove the shipped dimensions even though that was in their records. Meanwhile my transmission service had to wait those extra 3 weeks till a time when I didn’t have time to do it. Cost me an extra month overall to get the service done. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not suggest buying anything from them.
