These biscottis taste the best!
This is a really GREAT biscotti! I love the slight crisp outside, softer inside...I don't need to worry about my teeth/dental work...my favorite is the Cherry Chocolate...my family prefers the Double Chocolate Fudge...my only complaint is the manner that they are shipped...they arrived in the thinnest paper bag..one arrived with just shipping label on outside of box! So, many of the biscottis broken. My husband didn't mind the broken ones, but the price of these is higher than most other options. I really love these, but detest the shipping...I even bought 6 boxes at once thinking they might arrive in a shipping box instead of a bag. Nope! I sent a box to my daughter in another state-- same thin bag, arriving with many broken biscottis. I don't recommend sending as gift due to shipping in just a thin bag. Otherwise, super yummy!

Inadequate packaging
The biscotti are delicious, but always arrive a bit broken. They are packaged in a thin cardboard box. I don't really mind but if my intention was dunking them it would be a problem so I'm deducting a star

Uneatable !!
The box came broken and the contents were crushed. Every single piece! The air had busted out of the packaging so the biscotti was old and stale. Waste of my money, and very disappointing .

Love the biscotti - but the packaging left them in crumbles
These are the best biscotti I've ever had. Soft but crunchy. My review is reduced to three stars because the two boxes I bought came in a mailing bag - not a box - and left the cookies all broken. If I had been a store wanting to put these out for customers, or was planning to use them with guests, I would have been very upset. Luckily, they're just for my personal use, but the shipping package made no sense!

Stale
Very stale. I have had other of their biscotti that was very good but this must not be a frequent seller as very hard and does not soften in hot tea. Not pleased with this variety.

Not so hard!
These biscotti are the best I’ve ever eaten. They aren’t rock hard like so many biscotti. Crisp outside but softer when you bite into them. Also this flavor of lemon blueberry is wonderful. There are big pieces of blueberry and they taste like fresh picked blueberries! Wonderful with a cup of your favorite coffee.
