My Hayter Spirit 41, finally had too many parts that needed changing or repairing to make it economically viable to keep investing in it so I took the plunge and bought this Hyundai.Very easy to setup and and has robust readers and top deck made if steal, which makes this much heavier than my hayter. The Roller self propelled works really well and despite what others may say it is an ideal speed.Picking it up is a bit cumbersome and the machine as mentioned is heavy.The grass collection today was very poor in deed. Yes it was damp it is December but it would not collect all so this is clearly a dry day cutter, how many of these do we get?Overall its OK, but grass collection is poor with damp grass I will have to wait until spring for another cut in drier conditions.

It’s a heavy lawnmower but well built and after charging starts easily. The drive facility is good and requires time to manage as it’s quite fast. Height adjustment is again not a problem to adjust quickly.The rear roller adds to the professional strips to the cut grass and I’m very happy with the product

Bought this lawnmower after an extensive search. Had to wait for a suitable delivery spot but it was delivered on time. First use today, excellent results. Started on the button. Love this mower only downside is it is heavy. Easy to assemble. Great product.

This was alright for the first season, though very loud. However, the following spring we discovered we had to drain the old fuel and clean the carburettor. None of the local firms would service this brand of machine!

The media could not be loaded. The customer service received by Hyundai is appalling. The mower is so unreliable - first the button stopped working and we relied on the pull cord, but it eventually stopped working altogether. We got in touch to claim on the warrantee that they so readily advertise and they offered to pick it up to repair - great we thought. Once they had it, they sent an email saying that all of the things wrong with it aren’t covered by the warrantee (basically everything!!) and they sent a copy of the warrantee terms. This was the first time we had seen them and they weren’t available online on their website or the Amazon listing. They then basically held our mower hostage and wouldn’t return unless we paid nearly £200 for the repairs. Reluctantly, we paid as we had no other choice, and the mower was returned in the exact same state, if not worse, than it was before we sent it!! It still doesn’t work! They refuse to give a phone number to speak to someone and are refusing a refund. Honestly such an expensive, time consuming and infuriating experience!

The well packed mower was received ahead of expected delivery by TNT. It was easy to assemble and the box even included the engine oil. I charged the battery as per the manual. A good point is the charger light changed from red while charging to green when fully charged.I filled the mower with non leaded fuel, set the height to maximum, primed the fuel and pressed the electric starter. She started first time.The grass was long and slightly damp being the first cut of the season. No problem for this mower. The rear roller allowed me to cut right to the edge of the lawn. The self propelled mode took a bit of getting used to but with care I was able to "slip" the clutch and have full control whilst turning the mover. The mower is slightly heavy however. Altogether the mower is a great example of fine engineering. I would highly recommend it.
