Works as advertised!
We've been taking Melatonin for several years now, to assist us in falling asleep at night. This one is no different but, I will say that it may take a few tries or days before you really feel the effect of it. So far, it's working out for us. I cannot say the same for everyone but overall, considering others we have tried, this has been helpful for us.PROS: QualityCONS: None noted

Very Effective for sleep
This is the ONLY melatonin on Amazon that I could find that is USP labeled. That means the manufacturer paid the US Pharmocopeia to test the pills to ensure they actually contains what it SAYS they contain.This way, I know I am actually getting melatonin, and this is the first melatonin product I have tried that actually works. I take it 1/2 hour before bedtime and at bedtime I am yawning. I fall right to sleep!.

Great name brand and a good product.
Been a big fan of Nature Made supplements for at least 20 years. This brand of the 5 mg Melatonin does help me to get to sleep within 15 to 20 minutes, but doesn’t keep me to sleep for more than maybe four hours at a time. Wish it kept me to sleep until my alarm went off, which is after about 7 hours. Maybe I need to take 10 mg at a time. I may experiment with that.

Melatonin is amazing--genuinely gives good sleep
I've had insomnia for most of my life. I was introduced to melatonin back in 2013. It was an amazing experience. Instead of taking 40-90 minutes to fall asleep, instead I can drop off within about 10-20 minutes of turning out the light. This is a blessing I'd been envious of for many years. I really can't recommend melatonin highly enough for people that suffer from slow-sleep insomnia. Note that it may be less useful for premature waking.You'll want to fine-tune how long before bedtime you take the pill, likewise you'll want to experiment with dosage. But melatonin has resulted in a very, very high improvement to the quality of my life in the last ten years.
