These "original" have always been my favorite Lakerol.
These "original" have always been my favorite Lakerol.The price was good, just about $1.31 per box, most Lakerol's sell for $2.50 per box.NOTE: The product I received was NOT a product of Sweden as the Amazon page suggests, but I received Lakerol Originals that are a Product of Slovakia.The ingredients, texture and flavor appear to be the same for the Slovakian product as the traditional product I used to get from Sweden.A tasty and throat soothing product at a very good price.

Like the original but prefer the Special
Like the original but prefer the Special. The Original has a taste somewhat like Ricola whereas Special has more licorice taste.

Lakerol Pastilles are different
The herbs give this licorace based flavor a differnet and very enjoyable taste. A cowoker brought some in and I had to order more for me after tasting. Others did not care of the flavor. Everyone either liked them a lot or didn't like at all.

This should be a 5 but they taste weird
I was going to ask here if anyone else noticed that lakerols are tasting weird lately. I've been having these since I was a child (I'm 51 now) so I immediately noticed something was amiss. Now I see in another review that some are being made outside of Sweden. I can't find anywhere on the boxes where this batch was made. This is really too bad...
