Great value, excellent quality. These pills are large but easy to swallow. For someone who has difficulty swallowing, choose something a little smaller.

My go-to vitamin C

I'm not sure if there is something wrong with my throat, but it's hard for me to take most pills. However, I have had ZERO problems swallowing these C-gels even though they are pretty huge. The coating on them slides right down with no problems. Some other company's pills are like trying to swallow a piece of chalk and they just stick in my throat and I think I'm going to literally choke to death. Then, I was taking some chewable vitamin C' gummies, but those were causing me to have tooth pain/sensitivity I guess because they are acidic and the acid was getting squished right into the cracks of my teeth!!!! These are the ideal, perfect vitamin C delivery system. I'll never buy anthing else. Actually, that probably means that they will stop making them soon since every product that I've ever like has been quickly discontinued. Oh, and as far as I can tell they have absolutely zero flavor that I can detect - which is how pills should taste (or not taste).
