I have recently been having a really hard time sleeping because of stress. I have a terrible anxiety disorder and sometimes it bets in the way. This is a lifesaver. It calms my mind just enough so that I can focus on sleep. Coupled with the Power to sleep Medicine and I am golden. The best part is it is not addictive. I only need to use it when i feel awful. When I cannot sleep, I use it. If I am fine, I do not use it. My whole family uses these which is fantastic. I would recommend these pills to anyone. IF you are having any sleep issues, they work. The only downside is the size. They are HUGE. And two are needed for a dosage. If you like small pills, these are not for you. If you want the results and can suffer through the size, then give these a try. I always say a little hail mary before swallowing these. Take a big glass of water with them. But I always forget the size by the time the pills start to work, which is fairly quick. I can feel my worrysome thoughts slipping away and pure calmness settling in. Let me tell you it is fantastic. I first found Stress Defy at Meijer for I believe $27. A little pricey but I had read all the positive reviews so I gave it a shot. It worked right off the bat for me! I work a very stressful 3rd shift job and constantly had anxiety attacks before going in to work, and then had a hard time sleeping during the day because I couldn't get my brain to shut off. These have helped tremendously! Yes, the pills are huge but they are coated and go down easily and yes, your pee will be a nuclear green but it is so worth it! I still have a little anxiety thinking about what's ahead of me before work, but nothing compared to what it used to be. I ordered two bottles off of Amazon since it is so much cheaper.

I have been very stressed and stayed home from work on Wednesday sick with anxiety, headache, and stomach issues. My eyes were twitching. I knew it was all stress related. These vitamins came in the mail that day and I took them right away. In about an hour I felt so much better. It was amazing. The bottle says you can take it twice a day. I'm not sure if I will just take twice a day every day or just take it when I'm feeling stressed. Overall a great product.

First 3 days of taking the recommended amount, it made me so relaxed... I felt sleepy or drowsy. After the third day my body was fine with it. I didnt feel sleepy after taking it. I just felt relaxed. Helps with nervous stomach and anxiety. I would say works as soon as a few hours of taking it.HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking it at night if you are trying it for the first time for the first few days. You will notice the difference very fast. Its a subtle difference but you will feel better and handle stress better.

I took as directed for three days and had such a horrible headache on the second day that I decided to stop taking it, as I am not at all prone to headaches. I spent all day in bed with no desire to do anything. Maybe it's a matter of adjusting, but I'm trying just plain L-theanine for awhile now.
