Perfect!
I take 2 tablets about 10 minutes before I eat something with cream (like a cake or dessert etc) and then I'm fine! :DObviously not going crazy with dairy but as it's Christmas and you can't always avoid dairy in desserts etc it's good to have it handy :) It's an absolute game changer for me! No bloating, no stomach ache :)I would not want to try a full glass of milk just in case but it looks very promising :D

So far so good
I have bad IBS but on the occasion want to eat dairy. I talk 3-5 tablets depending on the meal rather than the 2 that's stated on the bottle (You can take up to 6). They don't taste bad either for chewable tablets but it can be weird eating a strawberry flavoured tablet to then eating a savoury meal but the taste doesn't linger or have an aftertaste so it's fine.

My daughter is lactose intolerant but loves dairy products, she is able to eat small amounts of dairy if she takes 2 of these tablets after, they help her digest the dairy so stopping her having an upset tummy.

It works pretty well!
My son is lactose intolerant and this worked pretty well, so he can now enjoy some of the things that he had to stop eating!
