Fresh and soft. These are great. They are the same ones I get at a very large box store. These are a staple in our house for an afternoon snack, so I don't like to run out.

Delicious - if they actually arrive
I highly recommend this brand for plump, juicy apricots. There has been issues with shipping and it will tell you that no refund is available, but after chatting with Amazon I was given a credit, so for the most part, a good experience.
