Nice product! It fit perfectly, replacing was easy. Happy customer.Update:After several weeks of use on the gazebo, one side of the cover collects rain water. Even after drying, it is sagging.It was perfectly stretched when we put it on. Never happening with the old one!Make sure you watch it before the returning time runs out.

We don't know much about it's longevity as of yet.

It would have been excellent but 1 side wasn't sewn closed so I have to sew a lil pocket for the one pole to slide in . Other than that it would have been perfect

This is a decent canopy for my grill area - the canopy did fade fairly quickly but was expected. Took a decent wind event to tear one side/seam. I should have taken it down.All in all for the price a good canopy set up. Replacement canopy reasonably priced.

Only lasted one year. The picture shows how much the brown faded in a year. The only good thing is that it does fit as advertised. The price could be cheaper less since you need a new one annually

Measurements are inaccurate... doesn't fit as it should. Due to medical reasons I was unable to return in time for a refund due to limited time allowed. BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased one for my home, one for my summer home...I'm out $70 PLUS DOLLARS.

Poor quality replacement top. Canopy is sagging after just raining twice...the canvas material is cheap and not sturdy like the original was...the water collects on the sides of the main top now sags
