The coarse and medium grits are worth the price paid for sure. The pre-polish is just ok and the polish is only effective with long tumble times and must be cleaned with a 5th cycle of soap to get a shine.

We had tried another brand of grit and weren't super happy with it so decided to try this one based on reviews and other feedback. So far we are happy with this!

Takes more grit + time vs Lortone brand grits
It will eventually get the job done.Update: after 4 weeks of tumbling agates with the final stage they're not polished at all. The stage 1 and 2 work, stage 3 will eventually get stones ready for final polish but stage 4 is useless. Will try Polly Plastics next.

Great product. Great price ! Easy to use
Just started rock tumbling hobby. As a beginner and just learning about products I'd say this is pretty good stuff.The price for the amount of product was the most cost effective I found. ! I will buy it again !
