Boiron's Tarentula hispana 30C is known for it's use to aid in quieting the mind and hyperactivity. I place 5 pellets under my tongue, being careful to hold my breath and avoid touching the cap to my lips, and as they dissolve, I notice a calming effect, and my overactive thoughts quieten and off to sleep I go. Great product

I have been having trouble sleeping so I looked for a more homeopathic remedy and it led me to this. I have AADHD, anxiety and stress. I am barely on day 2 but I am definitely seeing a difference in my sleeping. I’m more calm and less agitated by trivial things. I do have to say, I watched Scream VI before my nap and I had very vivid dreams. I also ended up taking a 3 hour nap instead of 1 hour. The first night I woke up and went right back to sleep which is big for me because I wake up at 3 am almost every night for 2 weeks now and can’t go to sleep. There was 2 separate nights where I didn’t sleep at all. It’s not pleasant as someone who loves and values sleep. Hopefully this will continue because I am really enjoying getting my rest.

my son has ADHD and this really helps! He is able to concentrate and focus during school and at night I only give him 2 and he is able to quickly fall asleep. This is great if you want to try more of homeopathic remedies.
