Lamp burns out in about 12 months
I have a Dacor beverage center purchased in 2007 and I have replaced the lamp every year. At the time, Dacor covered the lamp under warranty and also provided spares that has lasted until now, as it is no longer covered or available from Dacor.This will be the first time I actually have to purchase a replacement lamp, but I noticed others have had the same problem with about the same timeline of failures. A fluorescence lamp will last many years yet this lamp will only last about one year then must be replaced.For now, I'm forced to purchase this lamp but I would like to find a reliable lamp replacement that meets the spec of the 8W/840 so if anyone knows of one, please post it.
