Best spice for Seasoning Dressing
My Mom taught me to make dressing. This and sage are MUSTS. The size of package will last me a long time and it's just as I remember. It smells savory....(the whole point). I will be ordering again when needed. Fast shipping!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Seasoning
This seasoning has been a now 4 generation seasoning added to our stuffing. It’s not stuffing without Summer Seasoning! McCormick’s used to sell it all my life (50 years) and doesn’t now. This is a great price point.

Nice product.
Don't buy too much and be sure to date it. Savory loses potency VERY quicklyafter about 1 year. Just tossed the last dregs of a batch from 2021 thatwas tasteless.

Good taste but stiff in texture
Pros - good taste, really great value.Cons - a bit stiff/tough. If you ground it a bit using a mortar and pestle I'm sure that would be great. I use it in a rice pilaf recipe my mom always made, and even after 20 minutes of steaming in the rice it is still a little bit too hard (but certainly edible). I am used to the grocery store type summer savory which is much smaller pieces. However, summer savory is hard to find in my local grocery stores.

Good quality
Definitely will purchase more from them. The Summer Savory is good quality and appears pretty fresh. I use it in a lot of my cooking when I need to jazz up favor a notch in poultry dishes, soups and stews. I also love with fish, lamb and pork.

Horrible Product - All Stems! Inedible -Don’t Buy!
Don’t waste your money! Denver Spice is producing a sub-par product and misleads customers - thinking they are buying dried summer savory leaves (with a few small stems to be expected) as the advertised photo shows, but what is actually packaged is a bunch of coarse ground extremely hard stems and virtually no leaves. I tried a bit sprinkled across my homemade bread last night, thinking the stem chaff would soften as it baked. They did not. I had to brush off the savory stems as they were painfully poking in my mouth as I tried to eat the bread. I then stirred some of this dried savory into a pot of soup I began cooking this morning. Two hours into simmering and this dried savory is still hard, sharp stems - this product makes the soup inedible. I bought two packages, non-returnable, and just poured them out into the garden compost bin. How extremely disappointing and frustrating! And what a waste of money! It’s as if Denver Spice packaged up the waste chaff material and sold it as this, claiming to be true dried summer savory leaves. I’d give this a zero star rating, but Amazon requires at least 1 star to accept the review.

Lots of Herbs
I love the aroma this herb adds to my dishes. This bag is big enough to last me a while.

Love Summer Savory
All our local stores stopped carrying summer savory seasoning so I ordered it here. It's just as described and expected. I appreciate the value for what you get.
