Very disappointed, this cheese is very dry inside. Most likely has been aged in the refrigerator.
I will not buy again. Too dry inside.

Approximately 3 Pounds, not 5, but very good cheese.
Great Cheese, clearly not close to 5 pounds. The cheese is very good with wine or just by itself. Great flavor without being too earthy as some of the Sardo Pecorino's can be. I believe I paid way too much for it given the weight that was 4 pounds exactly.
