I have a serious bladder leakage problem. I have used several brands of bladder leak products and I have to say these have the best absorbency. I use the Attends underwear at home but because they are bulky, I don't like to wear them when I go out in public. However, with these pads I can use them with regular underwear under my regular clothing. They stick very well so they don't move after you put them on. If you never know whether it's going to trickle or gush, this is the pad for you.

They work but make everything bulky.

These are okay unless you need them to be 11 and 1/2 inches long, which they are not, unless you count the covering which extends past the absorbent pad. They are fluff, with no special absorbent foam or anything like that. Okay as a booster, but will not hold as much liquid as some others.

This is a superb liner at a reasonable price. They're very thin, not bulky when dry. The pad is breathable, and seems comfortable. It wicks moisture from the surface, and throughout the pad well, so it holds a substantial amount of liquid, then it flows through to a disposable brief after saturation.For additional overnight protection, I can put one of these closest to the patient's skin to protect it from moisture, then layer in a pre-fold cloth baby diaper between the booster pad and disposable brief for additional absorption. I find these booster pads very effective.

I have been incontinent since my hysterectomy about 16 years ago. These pads help me to stay relatively dry during the night.

Product was 31/2 by 91/2. Not what I expected.
