Cheap, cheap, cheap! Not worth it
First thing is probably the cheapest made product I have ever seen. I haven’t even plugged it in yet. But when you get it, everything is just thrown all inside. The box stuff is everywhere. The lid that folds up is probably the thinnest material I’ve ever seen for metal it even flexes.It may be a good price, but just remember you get what you pay for.

It came a little damaged do to transportation but not a big deal I took just fine and after I contacted customer service the company offered me a partial refund for the damaged..It's all good 👍

Poorly built pile of junk
Does not keep temp. Does not have a good seal. Bolts and screws work free and you find them in the bottom or in pans. Waste of money and not fit for a professional commercial kitchen. Avoid, spend your money on something good.
