192KHz DAC Converter Multifunction Audio Converter, HDMI ARC Audio Extractor Adapter, Toslink(Optical) or Coaxial or HDMI ARC Input to Coaxial + Toslink(Optical) + Stereo L/R + 3.5mm Jack Output

Installed the ARC Audio DAC on my 1999 vintage Arcam Alpha system. Needed a DAC to connect the TV and the Arcam Alpha 9 amp is analog input only. The sound was very good. Very good build quality. At $30 -- a good value. I opted for a Schiit Modi Multibit 2 that cost $300 and was better. If you only got $30, then the ARC DAC is fine. The analog audio output level is a bit low, so the volume level is significantly lower that other inputs to my Alpha 9 amp and therefore necessitates a volume control adjustment. If you got $60, you will do better with the Fosi Audio A4. The volume control worked well to balance the volume with the other system inputs. The tone controls were very good.

Was able to hook my coax cable right up to it and got my surroundsound working perfect

The is not great and it's not Hi-Def but it makes over the air tv recordable

I have old Sony BRAVIA 2005 installed in the media room which needed some input/output converter for the audio from PC (this Sony home theater system speakers are quite great and works very well even now).I use a projector in my media room, however I haven't tinkered it too much trying to connect the input straight from the projector to this. Also in the future, in case I would want to replace the projector with TV, this product will still serve me well as it supports HDMI just as well.Audio quality was same as I remember. There were no noticeable problems (static or such), and the old 2005 home theater is still going strong.I haven't tried splitting the outputs but maybe I will try that if my 2005 Sony home theater kicks the bucket and will need to replace it with a new one.Definitely recommended for anyone looking for audio converter.

Does not work. Only thing it did was cause some lower bars on the digital VU meter to flicker, though no sound. Tried several output modes to no additional positive results. The analog input tried out on the stereo receiver does work with the CD player and the output on the source attempting to play, a streaming box, was set to an audio output of PCM. No logical explanation. Have even consulted with an outside technician, told it should have worked. Becoming very flustered and disappointed. Wondering if will ever find a solution.

Set up in seconds, connects easily, hasn't dropped once.Add this to a cheap BT dongle and a $20 item, or just a TWS, and you have a great, late night TV watching set up...

It seems like it is well made, but I have not been able to get it to work using different types of inputs.

I dont think sound quality is that great, but I am using for headphones so it is ok!

I am using it with a vintage Sintoamp extracting digital signal from a LED tv thru toslink. Working smooth and perfectly.Great buy!

Muy buen descodificador, puedes elegir entre tres tipos de entrada: hdmi, digital optica y digital coaxial, las salidas son: una analógica (o dos si cuentas la de 3.5) y dos digitales, además deja pasar señales multicanal (ac3, dts) así que puedes conectar las salidas digitales a un decodificador externo, lo utilizo para convertir desde dos fuentes digitales a la entrada analógica de un sistema 5.1, hasta ahora ha funcionado sin problemas, viene en una carcasa de metal resistente por lo que siento que está mejor protegido que otros dispositivos que he comprado, también es fácil de instalar, solo conectas y funciona lo recomiendo bastante, algo más que me parece destacar es que puede descodificar señales digitales con frecuencia de sampleo de 192khz a diferencia de otros que coticé, por esta y el resto de funciones que ofrece considero que es valió la pena la compra

Piccolo, versatile e completo. Il dispositivo giunge con un cavo ottico in dotazione, oltre al suo alimentatore che però ha un cavo troppo corto, ma a parte questo il dispositivo funziona egregiamente. Gli ingressi sono tre, selezionabili tramite uno switch selettore tra HDMI ARC, ottico e coassiale. Qualunque sia l'ingresso selezionato, si avranno sempre in uscita contemporaneamente un coassiale, un ottico e due analogici (RCA e Jack). Testato un segnale audio Dolby 5.1 e viene convertito tranquillamente mantenendo la codifica, tranne ovviamente sulle uscite analogiche. Latenza assente. Ottimo prodotto, lo consiglio.
