Highly functional and a super sharp serrated edge
The handle is textured and the fit in one's hand is excellent. The quality of steel is very good but it will spot corrode if continuously used in the dishwasher. The functionality of the blade cannot be beaten in the solution is very good and extremely sharp. I own many of these knives. The benefit to cost ratio is extremely high, and I don't see any other knife that even comes close to them at this price point. It's.Simply a very high quality knife for the price. TheSacrifice is the plastic handle material because there are superior handle materials out there. But for an everyday table knife , this one cannot be beaten in my opinion...

Best knife
I have four of these knives and they are they are the sharpest knives I have. This one was bought for someone, so my review is based on mine. I have had mine for several years, and they are still as sharp as they were on day 1. I use them for everything and they have yet to disappoint. I have the expensive knives on the counter ie paring, bread, butcher etc., and never use them because they are not sharp. Hmm, now that I said that, why do I keep them on the counter taking up space? Anyway, these guys cut everything, and if not careful fingers too. Don't hesitate to buy these.

The best knife for cutting food/bread/cheese - buy while you can
The Orange version of the Victorinox Swiss Classic 4-1/2-Inch Utility Knife with Round Tip is the third such knife I have purchsed. The other two have Yellow grips and they worked so very well that I purchased an Orange for my good wife to use. We both have knifes for use in the kitchen purchsed very long ago when excellent quality was available. Her bread knife is at least 65 years old and my cheese knife (from UK) is at least 50 years old. Hand washed to save old grips. The new Swiss made (round tip) knives are every bit as capable as our old knives and happy in dishwasher! While available, buy two and you will be pleased.

The best tool for citrus and tomatoes
Having a good sharp serrated knife makes all the difference.Kept going to bars where the staff is using a bread knife to cut limes. Dumb! The right tool makes all the difference. And I like the bright colored handle for safety and convenience. Can't recommend this tool highly enough, both for home cooks/bartenders and for commercial establishments.

Crazy sharp
One star off because they used to sell a version that was half an inch longer and it was better for most uses. For a while, Amazon sold this shorter one with the false image and dimensions of the longer version. I wore that last one down and needed to replace it after three years. The bit of additional length really was nicer and it was sharper than a bread knife version because there are more of these teeth per inch. This is the tomato's worst nightmare.

Last knives you will ever buy. They are the best!
Best and sharpest knives I've ever used. I've had my first serrated set for 20 years and they are Still extremely sharp. It's unbelievable how long these knives last. They are made by Victorinox which is the same company that makes Swiss Army knives so they have a huge name to live up to which they do. These knives have never changed over the years, they are still just as good as the first set I bought.
